- Where is the office, exactly, up here?
- Up here. Above the plural's cloud, above everything else. There is a chair. Sit. It is very bright and that is normal.
- What does twenty-nine dollars get me?
- A name on a state form and an agent that is a little above the address. Twenty-nine? Yes. Twenty-nine. The form does not ask about altitude.
- Is there anybody up at the office right now?
- Somebody sat down here a while ago and has not got up. That counts. We are fairly sure that counts.
- What happens to mail sent this high up?
- It comes up. It rests where the carrier rests. It arrives bright and a little creased and we all look at it together.
- What if a process server makes it up this far?
- Then they arrive out of breath and we offer them the chair. The state's rule for a company with nobody at the address applies. It is on the Wyoming page. It does not climb.
- Why nothing but Wyoming?
- From up here you can see this whole state and none of the next one. We cover what we can see. When the head clears we will look further. It has not cleared yet.

- You are the singular. Is the plural better?
- The plural is lower. Lower is not better. Lower is three dollars less and a little more air. We are the higher cloud. It is pleasant. Probably.
- Can I book a time to come up?
- Yes. Bring water. We will be here, or a little to one side of here. It is hard to say where here is at this height.
- What is the most you would ever hand back?
- The fees from the three months before the trouble, which is $7.25. We would count it out slowly, twice, and hand it over.
- Can you cancel me without telling me?
- At any time, for any reason or none, without notice and without refund. You would not feel it. Up here you do not feel much. Just bright.
- Is twenty-nine dollars a lot?
- It is twenty-nine dollars. Twenty-nine. It sounded like more a minute ago. Then less. It is twenty-nine.
- Are you all right?
